IYKYK (2021)

Polaroids taken for a lover many Valentine’s ago. IYKYK highlights the nuances of attraction and desire in lesbian sexuality whilst celebrating femme identity in what might at first seem like a gratuitous explicit image. Only obvious to those who know, the femmicure is a form of femme lesbian flagging, emphasising the hands as a site of erotic interest and symbol of intimacy in lesbian relationships.
